Return Process

Upon delivery, please immediately inspect your package to ensure all camel milk products are present and have arrived in satisfactory condition.

If your order is damaged or incorrect, email our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Our quality assurance team will review your claim and the provided documentation to determine if a full refund or a replacement shipment is warranted.

Once approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement camel milk products at no additional cost to you.
